Chris Green is a Senior Manager at ARC Consulting LLC.  Chris has extensive experience in both technical and operational accounting areas, including stock-based compensation, accounting for debt and equity issuances, audit preparation, close process improvement and financial reporting.  He also has significant experience with IPO preparation and related implementation of improvements in the accounting and finance infrastructure.

Most recently, Chris was a Manager with Burr, Pilger and Mayer LLP, a regional full-service accounting and business consulting firm, where he was an audit manager focusing primarily on private and not-for-profit organizations. 

Prior to joining Burr, Pilger, and Mayer, Chris was at Hewlett-Packard, where he served as controller of the Snapfish by HP division.  He also focused on technical accounting issues affecting HP as team lead for the Financial Accounting and Policies group.   Chris began his career with Deloitte and Touche LLP.

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and received his MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and holds a BS from Santa Clara University.
